Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a primary school across Leeds?

We are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support our growing network of schools across Leeds and the surrounding areas from September.

We have opportunities ranging from flexible day-to-day cover to longer-term placements and permanent roles, making this a great option whether you're looking for flexibility or greater consistency.

You could be supporting a whole class, working with small groups or providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils who need additional help.

The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Work with pupils individually or in small groups
• Provide 1:1 support where required
• Help pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons
• Support children's academic, social and emotional development
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt to different schools, year groups and routines
• Support pupils with additional needs where appropriate

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are enthusiastic about supporting children's education
• Are patient, reliable and approachable
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Work effectively as part of a school team
• Are flexible and comfortable adapting to different school environments
• Have relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or school experience where applicable
