The school provides a warm and supportive environment where staff work closely together to make learning enjoyable, encourage pupils to believe in themselves and ensure every child feels supported throughout their school day.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join them on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. Working within Key Stage 1 / KS1, the successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to support lessons, encourage pupils with their learning, provide additional help when needed and contribute towards creating a calm, positive and engaging classroom where children can thrive.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• A minimum of three months’ experience working within a UK school
• Experience supporting children within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum and classroom expectations
• The ability to build positive and encouraging relationships with pupils
• A patient, approachable and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting children
