What We're Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or a relevant equivalent).
Previous experience working with children in primary schools or educational settings.
Experience supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD or SEMH would be a huge advantage.
Confidence providing 1:1 support, small-group interventions and general classroom assistance.
A caring, patient and positive attitude.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A driving licence and access to a car would be a bonus! This opens up even more opportunities across local schools.
Someone who is reliable, adaptable and ready to get stuck in!
