More Than Supporting Lessons

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be one of the people who helps children feel confident, included and ready to learn.

Your day could include:

• Supporting pupils during classroom activities
• Working with children individually or in small groups
• Helping build confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Assisting teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging children to achieve things they didn't think they could
