This is a long-term opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to engage learners, provide classroom support, promote positive behaviour, and help students reach their full potential.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an education or similar setting
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to engage, motivate and build positive relationships with students
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work
