Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £150 - £220 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with multiple SEND schools in Kidderminster that supports pupils across all Key Stages with SEMH and EBD. These settings promote a nurturing culture and therapeutic approach, providing pupils with a supportive environment in which they can develop academically, socially and emotionally.
TeacherActive are looking to take on a SEND Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis ASAP.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly SEMH and EBD OR ASD / MLD / SLD
- Experience planning and delivering differentiated lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual needs
- A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
