• Experience supporting children with ALN, including ASD, ADHD or social, emotional and behavioural needs.

• The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.

• Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.

• An understanding of differentiated learning and adapting activities to individual needs.

• A proactive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
