Teaching Assistant – Burton upon Trent
Location: Burton upon Trent
Start Date: Immediate / September Available
Salary: £95 - £110 per day
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and supportive school in Burton upon Trent that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with at least 2 years of school-based experience to join a committed team and make a real difference to pupils' learning and development.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers to support pupils both in the classroom and through small group interventions. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be confident building positive relationships, promoting engagement, and adapting to the needs of individual learners.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a UK school
Experience supporting pupils across a range of abilities
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
