Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Dartford
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to support pupils with varying levels of learning ability?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Dartford. The school values creativity, adaptability and energy within its classrooms, providing a positive environment where pupils with a variety of learning abilities can be supported to progress.
The school is looking to take on an experienced Teaching Assistant on a short-term, temporary basis, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside classroom teachers to support learning, manage behaviour effectively and adapt their approach to meet the differing needs and abilities of pupils.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant across KS1 and KS2
• Experience supporting pupils with varying levels of learning ability
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative and adaptable approach to supporting learning
• An energetic and positive attitude in the classroom
