The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant on either a full-time or part-time basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work across mixed primary age groups, supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, encouraging positive engagement, promoting learning and assisting the class teacher in creating a safe and productive classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working within a UK primary school setting
• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
