Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, a long-term placement or a permanent opportunity, we have a Teaching Assistant role to suit you. You'll be supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour and helping young people develop both academically and personally. Schools are particularly keen to meet Teaching Assistants who are approachable, relatable and able to build strong relationships with pupils.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people

• Confidence supporting students across KS3 and KS4

• Strong behaviour management skills

• The ability to build positive, professional relationships with students

• A calm, patient and adaptable approach

• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential
