Salary: £92.63 - £115 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Salford that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their Year 2 team. The school provides a supportive learning environment and is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who can make a positive contribution to the classroom.
The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide general classroom support within Year 2, working alongside the class teacher and supporting individual pupils and small groups, with experience delivering interventions being highly desirable.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience working with children within a Primary School setting
• Experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Experience delivering interventions or supporting small groups is desirable
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• A patient and adaptable approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
