The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to succeed, and staff are valued as an integral part of the wider school community.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) from September on a permanent contract. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning, promote student engagement and encourage academic and personal development.

The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people within a school or educational setting
• A positive and patient approach to supporting students with a variety of learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
