Job Title: Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant

Location: Newport

Start Date: Immediate Start / September

Salary: £85.50 - £92.63 per day

The school is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love for learning through the Welsh language.

We are looking for Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants available to start mmediately or from September. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range, with ALN experience being highly desirable to provide additional support where required.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

• Fluent or Conversational Welsh speaking skills

• A minimum of 6 months experience working within a school setting

• Experience supporting pupils in a Primary School environment

• Knowledge of the Welsh curriculum

• ALN experience desirable

• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
