TeacherActive are recruiting a Welsh-speaking Teacher to join a wonderful school in Llanelli.

We have built a fantastic relationship with the school and are proud to support them with their staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for a passionate teacher to join a welcoming school community and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the relevant year groups
• Teach confidently through the medium of Welsh
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils and encourage high expectations
• Monitor pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupil achievement
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

What We're Looking For

✅ Fluent Welsh speaker
✅ Qualified Teacher Status QTS - NQT's are welcome!
✅ Experience teaching within a primary or secondary school setting
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Passionate, reliable and adaptable approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
