The school is looking to appoint a full-time Welsh Speaking ALN Learning Support Assistant from September. The successful Welsh Speaking ALN Learning Support Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs, providing both one-to-one and small group support while promoting engagement, confidence and positive learning outcomes.

The successful Welsh Speaking ALN Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) within a primary school setting
• Fluent Welsh language skills, spoken and written
• A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting pupils
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A flexible and enthusiastic attitude
