Job Title: Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor
Location: Rhondda
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £108 - £120 per day

The school promotes high expectations and encourages students to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning through the Welsh language.
The school is looking to appoint a confident Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor on a full-time, long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor will provide general classroom cover across the secondary age range, supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged in their learning.
The successful Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor will have:
A relevant qualification or degree is desirable
Fluency in the Welsh language, both written and spoken
Experience working with secondary-aged students
Experience supervising groups of young people across a range of subjects
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A confident, adaptable and enthusiastic approach with strong communication skills
