We are currently seeking a committed Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistant on a temporary-to-permanent contract, starting immediately. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils and teaching staff to provide effective classroom support, promote pupil engagement, and help nurture an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.

Key qualities and experience for the successful Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistant:

• Fluency in both Welsh and English
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational context
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• A proactive and positive mindset
